<div dir="ltr">I doubt it will ever work with remote desktop unless MS decides to update their opengl from the decade old version they have. With the OpenGL2 backend being the default as of VTK 7.0, does
anyone know how a VTK-enabled program will behave with Remote
Desktop?<br>
Remote Desktop only supports OpenGL 1.1. Will it automatically
revert to the legacy OpenGL backend?<br>
Has anyone thought of a solution to this or are you thinking of
simply not supporting Remote Desktop?<br>
I think the same will apply to offscreen rendering on Windows if
rendering to a bitmap (no problem if copying the back buffer to the
bitmap though).<br>
