Hi Sebastien,

I'm seeing a problem that only exists with VTK CVS head. When 
VTK_TCL_TK_STATIC is switched on the "ZERO_CHECK" project in VTK crashes 
the whole "Visual C++ 2008 Express" application. When its switched off 
the build runs fine (except that "Static_Build" macro isn't defined now 
as a result).

VTK 5.0.4 builds ok with the same setup.

Cmake 2.4.8 or CVS head
Windows XP
VTK CVS head
Visual C++ 9 2008 Express

I'm guessing there's an empty definition somewhere but haven't found it yet.
