env CXX=/opt/MIPSpro/bin/CC CC=/opt/MIPSpro/bin/cc ./configure --with-tcl
                   --with-tkwidget --with-patented --with-contrib

but the configure system checks for /usr/bin/{CC,cc} instead of MIPSpro and the
./configure command fails because /usr/bin/{CC,cc} aren't there.   Is this a bug ?
Has vtk been built with MIPSpro ?

I also tried setting CC and CXX in system.make but that didn't work either.
