[vtkusers] vtkstreamtracer on a surface

Hi ZACK,

If you are familiar with ParaView and using "Stream Tracer With Custom
Source" filter, you will see if it will work briefly. Since version
4.4, a SurfaceStreamLines boolean option has been exposed as an
advanced option:
