[vtkusers] Link or crash using VTK 7.1 32 bits on Win7 64 bits machine

Qt 32 bits is installed from official installer, so it should be fine.

About VTK, I used cmake, specified that I would use visual studio 2013 32
bits, and after opening my .sln, I only had win32 available.

Maybe, I missed something with cmake.

All my 32 bits library are different and way smaller than their 64bits
counterpart.
