[vtkusers] OpenGL driver issue with VTK 7.0

Intel HD graphics should work for Ivy Bridge based systems or later. I
recently merged a topic that tries to add support  for Sandybridge (Intel
HD 2000/3000) based systems as well.  It is in VTK master if you want to
give that a shot.
