[vtkusers] vtk 4.2 download?

Dude! Thank you.  That is exactly what I was searching for. 

...I naively thought that the git repository accessible through the kitware.com/vtk site (https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk <https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk>; which only lists branches, not releases) reflected the complete repository. Lesson learned.
