[vtkusers] Rendering multiple volumes

Dave,

I think the second approach to me provides you much greater flexibility,
yes its more work but hopefully once you have it set hopefully you can use
your workflow again on a newer similar dataset. One idea that we have is to
also enable users to inject custom shader code in case some more
flexibility is needed when dealing with transfer functions or any other
computation. Thanks for posting the image, looks great. Let us know if you
need help in the future.
