[vtkusers] GetKeySym and GetKeyCode for QVTKRenderWindowInteractor

I have also found this problem, and my solution wsa handling key presses in
vtk. I am using a vtk event filter to stop key presses from going to vtk.

Of course a patch would be a better a solution
