[vtkusers] 3D surface generation using marching cube

Hello,

I find exact module I needed  from 3D slicer wiki:
http://www.slicer.org/slicerWiki/index.php/Modules:GrayscaleModelMaker-Documentation-3.6
But, I can not read documentation or see source code here? Is it compulsory
to register for that?
