[vtkusers] Rotating and Translating (for rotating and reversing sagittal and axial views) for a vtkPolyData file?

Hi David,

After modifying the vtkTestFilter to accept vtkPolyData so I could use
it with vtkAlgorithm in the vtkPolyDataTransform, I am now able to
successfully rotate and translate my vtkPolyData object.

I have to now find the correct translation to line it up with the
greyscale image.
The vtkPolyData mesh was generated from wrapping a vtkPolyData mesh
around a label map. This is so I can establish a finer resolution
label map and then use a mixture model for correcting for partial
volume errors.

Thank you very much from your help. You put me on the right track. :-)

Thank you,
John
