[vtkusers] Infoviz for network traffic data

There is an example of visualizing real-time network traffic over in the
Titan toolkit (see titan.sandia.gov), which uses VTK. Feel free to take a
look. In the Titan the repo, look under

/Applications/CyberSpacer

and read the README. I'd be glad to discuss over on the Titan user list if
you have further questions:
