[vtkusers] VTK for Win64 vs. Win32

Do you simply use the following in the command line of QT?
qmake -project
qmake -tp vc projectname.pro

Unfortunately, the above commands does not detect the UI that I have
designed by Qt Designer. Am I missing something?
