[vtkusers] vtk3dWidget interaction problem on Windows

Thought I would offer some more clarification. For the vtkSphereWidget, I can
interact with it if the pointPlaceFactor is sufficiently large. A problem
I've seen with this approach is that when I zoom out, then I have to keep
increasing the size of the sphere widget. Can someone throw some light?
