[vtkusers] Get distance from closest edge of vtkPolyData

Thanks for the reference!

But I couldn't properly understand how it works. For example , if I have a
sphere at the center of the vtkImageData and I apply vtkImplicitModeller.
Do I get the distance from the sphere edge to ecah voxel outside the
imagedata?
