[vtkusers] Remove impurities from produced polydata of MarchingCube

The impurities are in the dicom data. What is their appearance? You
might try some more form denoising on the data: median filter,
anisotropic diffusion. If the "impurities" are disconnected from the
main portions of the pelvis, you might try a region growing algorithm.
