[vtkusers] 3D Volume from 2D parallel slices

Je ne suis pas familier de GDCM2, mais les images d'origine ont toutes la
même taille et la même position exceptée dans une dimension ? si c'est le
cas, le plus simple plutot que de construire un contour par image est de
construire un contour 3D directement ... (cf exemples VTK headsq)
un peu rapide pour ce soir, mais dispo dans la semaine si le problème
persiste
