Thanks Jothy, but i had another error as i tried to make the DirectoryName to
either:
1-C:\DICOMDIR

or 

2-C:\DICOMDIR\5720\1.2.840.113619.2.55.3.11835136.527.1246432169.169\1.2.840.113619.2.55.3.11835136.527.1246432169.175\"
 where those numbers are the paientID,studyUID,and seriesUID in sequence.
