[vtkusers] vtkImageViewer2, vtkImageColorViewer and vtkImageViewer

it works!

if it helps to someone I get my rgb image visualized with
vtkImageColorViewer, and instead of compiling everything again i added
manually the classes of gdcm that i needed (such as vtkImageColorViewer and
vtkImageMapToWindowLevelColors). 

anyway, there are parts that dont appear correctly in big regions with red
and green colors. anyone knows why is happening?
