[vtkusers] Boolean Operations on Surfaces Build Error

Hi Bill,

Cory had me add "VTK_COMMON_EXPORT" in every .h file after "class" and then
I used CMAKE, built in VS 2010 and it built successfully.

ie:  class VTK_COMMON_EXPORT vtkIdList;
