Hi,
I have a 3d array of signed double values(representing density values of
bone image) and I want to display them on the screen by just reflecting
those density values. I was wondering what form of dataset should I take my
file as.. as in should i consider my datafile as imagedata and write a
script for it or some other dataset like unstructured grid or something like
that? I am programming in java.

Some of the values of my datafile is shown just to get an idea:

-2048.000000 -2048.000000 -2048.000000 -2048.000000 -2048.000000
-2048.000000 -2048.000000

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Nazia
