[vtkusers] help

You should be using Inisight Toolkit (www.itk.org). Take a look at this:
www.*itk*.org/*ItkSoftwareGuide*.pdf<http://www.itk.org/ItkSoftwareGuide.pdf>
Pay attention to chapter 7.12 (Reading and Writing DICOM Images) and whole
chapter 9 (Segmentation). If you just want to separate the head from the
air, that is easy. But you do not say what you want to do.

Also, send messages to the list too, so other people can enter discussion if
they want, and others can find any solutions presented later on.
