[vtkusers] combine vtkImagePlaneWidget and vtkImplicitPlaneWidget

Hi all,

What I am trying to do is to use three vtkImagePlaneWidgets to visualize
medical image data in the three prinicipal directions (sagittal, axial and coronal).
When setting RestrictPlaneToVolumeOn() scrolling is bounded to the volume.
However, after rotation the planes are not bounded to the image boundaries anymore
and can extend outside the image volume. I know that with vtkImplicitPlane this is
prohibited even after plane rotation, but no image information can be mapped onto
the plane itself. So, is there a possibility to combine the properties of both widgets?
Thank you in advance!
