[vtkusers] How to combine imagereader and linesource

[logic_cube]

Hello,

What filter do I use if I want to combine a vtkImageReader and a
vtkLineSource?  For example, I can combine two vtkLineSources using
vtkAppendPolyData but what do I use if I want to combine an imagereader and
a linesource?
