[vtkusers] vtkPVGeometryFilter not available in python

The vtkPV* filters are filters written for ParaView which have not
been pushed back into VTK. Thus you can access them from paraview's
python wrapping (namely by importing the pvfilters module) but not
vtk's python wrapping.
