Hi all: - the bug 0009618 (text shadow problem) is solved since september 2010 thanks to Roger Bramon fix. - the UTF 8 text rendering fix solves the accentuated character bug Just to know if these fixes will be available in the future vtk5.8 as they were not included in vtk5.6.1? Thanks JD
