[vtkusers] vtkTableToGraph and Parallel Edges

Hello,

I have been searching for an answer to this and have been unable to find
one.  I am using the latest build of VTK and I am trying to make a graph of
data.  The problem I run into is that the graph shows all the parallel edges
and I want to condense all of those edges into a single edge.
