[vtkusers] VTK with 64-bit java

I build nightly 64 bit cvs versions of VTK using 64 bit Java every night on
Visual Studio 2009. Everything should work as long as you select the "Visual
Studio 9 2008 Win64" generator and download the 64bit package of java.
