[vtkusers] Calculating 3D statistics with VTK

I am formulating a generic statistical analysis for habitats, by
analyzing a landscape.  I want to use existing VTK code for the
statistical 3D calculations, and am interested in reviewing several
approaches with an accomplished VTK User who is familiar with the VTK
3D statistical calculations regardless of the similarity of their data
with landscape data.
