[vtkusers] QVTKWidget crashing randomly when maximized or closed.

I realize that, but you'd be setting the Window flags on a plan QWidget as 
opposed to a QVTKWidget.  Or if you remove QVTKWidget and use QWidget (to take 
VTK out of the situation), and the problem still persists, then you've 
probably proven its a Qt bug.
