[vtkusers] How to calculate the Laplacian from Marching Cubes Surface

Dear vtkusers,

I would like to know how to calculate the Laplacian from a 3D surface
(such as the one obtained in Marching Cubes). Someone has already done
that? 
How to obtain the gradient too?
