[vtkusers] AMR example

Hi Marie-Gabrielle,

Your best bet is to check these documents:

Also, keep an eye on the newsletters. The next one has another article
on composite datasets.
We don't have any examples that create an AMR data
(vtkHierarchicalBoxDataSet). You can look at the doxygen documentation
or the source code to see how it works. Oh, by the way, I recommend
sticking to the cvs VTK.
