[vtkusers] Blanking for vtkUnstructuredGrid

OK, for those interested, I have workable solution...

I set the scalar values of the cells i want to vanish to 1.e20 (a big number)

and set the last entry of the colour table to transparent

(thanks for the suggestion, DS)
