I have only been able to test vtkFlRenderWindowInteractor on Windows
and on Linux.  However, it's been part of the ITK test applications
for quite a while, so it should have been tested on MacOS-X as well.
It might be that Sean is completely right, and that this is only done
under X11.  If you manage to get this working under Carbon and/or
Cocoa, please let me know so that I can adapt the code. :)
