[vtkusers] skeletonizaion for 3D closed surface - vtkpolydata

hi all,
    i see that there are no filter/filters in VTK that can do  
'Skeletonization with vtkPolyData' as an input. Does any one have a  
custom written filter/filters. Any help regarding the same is eagerly  
awaited.
