[vtkusers] question about vtkLookupTable

Hi Jim,

  lut->SetTableRange(scalar_min,scalar_max);
  lut->SetHueRange(0,1);        // play
  lut->SetSaturationRange(1,1); // with
  lut->SetValueRange(1,1);      // these

and make sure you invoke this on your mapper...

  Mapper->SetScalarRange(scalar_min,scalar_max);

you can also use

  lut->SetAlphaRange(mn,mx); // for opacity

and if you want to edit the table entries, look at SetTableValue(...), but make
sure you invoke lut->Build() first if you don't want a SEGV.
