[vtkusers] trouble running vtk examples on intel Macs

Thank you Sean. I followed the instruction in the bug report to add
the MACOSX_BUNDLE flag and generated the application bundle. Then I
clicked on its icon to run the program. It turned out that when I use
command-Q to end the program, it won't exit. I have to force quit it.
Is it 'normal'?
