[vtkusers] Mac OS X, vtk 5.0.2, undefined symbol: ls_JAWT_GetAWT ???

I seem to have resolved my problems with INCLUDE files (the one  
change I made was to use cmake instead of cmake -i).  I don't  
understand what was broken or how this change fixed it...but progress  
is progress.

My current sticking point is:

[ 60%] Built target vtkParseOGLExt
[ 61%] Built target vtkfreetype
[ 61%] Built target vtkftgl
[ 63%] Built target vtkRendering
Linking CXX shared library ../bin/libvtkRenderingJava.dylib
ld: Undefined symbols:
_JAWT_GetAWT
/usr/bin/libtool: internal link edit command failed
make[2]: *** [bin/libvtkRenderingJava.5.0.2.dylib] Error 1
make[1]: *** [Rendering/CMakeFiles/vtkRenderingJava.dir/all] Error 2

This is during a build of the version on the textbook CD (5.0.2?).
