[vtkusers] Problem to read Dicom with vtkGdcmReader

Hi Jean,

I didn't send you and Mathieu a image.
I'm sending attached now to you.

I'm using gdcm1.0 compiled to vtk-5-0 and python24 in platform Windows XP.

Ailton ( CC: ) have compiled it to me !!
