Forgot to mention that the dats is viewed in the XZ plane. So the reslicer
is initialized as:

m_slicer->SetResliceAxesDirectionCosines(1, 0, 0,  0, 0, 1,  0, 1, 0);
if (spacing)
     m_slicer->SetOutputSpacing(spacing[0], spacing[1], spacing[1]);
