[vtkusers] Triangulating points

Hi,

Is there a function to triangulate a set of points that have been additionally inserted into a triangle? What i mean is that i have a triangle, e.g. v1(0,0,0) v2(10,0,0) v3(0,8,0) and three inserted points i1(2,3,0) i2(4,2,0) i3(2,0,0), where i1 and i2 lie inside the triangle and i3 lies on the boundary edge (between v1 and v2).
