[vtkusers] ParaView and Ensight

So guys we have to upgrade to Ensight not to be thieves.
I fear to continue working on linux in that context, maybe should upgrade here 
too.
PS. I find very many very important things disagreeable as a tax payer in 
general, but let's keep that one aside.
