[vtkusers] Selecting a region of interest

Hello everyone,

 

I've got an application that allows the user to draw a polygon over an image
and then get some information on the points contained within the polygon.
So far I've been using vtkImplicitSelectionLoop along with
vtkExtractGeometry to extract the image points within the polygon.  This
seems fairly slow however and I'm wondering if I'm using the wrong objects
for this task, does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks!
