[vtkusers] VTKNightly Documentation

There used to be a link on the VTK Download page for the nightly
documentation. I mean the tgz file of the HTML documentation not the
uncompressed HTML files.
Can anyone tell me where it is now? I checked the Wiki and could find no
mention or link to the file that contains the documentation.
