[vtkusers] how to get flat surface

Hello,
I was using VTKImageMarchingCubes of VTK 4.4.2 to
generate iso-surface. After this I applied surface
simplification with VTKDecimate and smoothing with
vtkSmoothPolyDataFilter. But the surface is still not
flat. There are stairs between slices. I wonder how to
get a flat surface.
