Hi Yan,

apple X11 and XFree86 will allow emulation of 3 button  mice, using 
modifier keys.
look in preference on apple X11

but by far the best solution is to buy a 3 button usb mouse!
It will just work. I still dont know why apple dont sell macs with a 3 
button mouse option!
I find in OSX aqua VTK builds using tkinter in a the mayavi GUI (not 
X11) the 2nd and 3rd buttons are reversed, no big deal though.
