[vtkusers] I failed to compile the module which use the vtkDicomImageReader

Hi  vtk users

Sorry for giving you the following basic question :) ?
I failed to compile the module which use the vtkDicomImageReader, since it cannot find <vtkstd/vector> and <vtkstd/string>. I cannot find these files in the VTK directory and others. Where I can find this two include files? I work with vtk 4.2, MSVC 6 (MFC).
