[vtkusers] vtk header files

hi Everyone,
I was building vtk again for the Patented library, If found out that the header files for all of the patented classes was not in the general /Include folder.
So I had to copy the header files from /Patented to /Include and then built vtk

Is this the correct way to do it?
Also whay are not the patented headers part of the include folder.

Can someone please tell me what other header files are not part of the /Include folder
