[vtkusers] error report

Hello,
I report an error in the VTK user's guide (page 71) and in the source code of 
the tcl file named ImplicitPlaneWidget.tcl.

I find I have to insert the code "planeWidget On" before the last line of the 
code for constructing the object--planeWidget to realize what is described in 
the text.
