[vtkusers] What's the Difference Between vtkStreamLine and vtkStreamTracer

vtkStreamTracer will eventually replace vtkStreamer, vtkStreamPoints...
It supports adaptive integrators, allows the user to specify things 
like step sizes in various units, produces more information etc..
It is not finished yet but is usable.
